I'm so glad I took these photos this morning since the rest of my day was alskdnfceioilskdjcrazy.
At least my legs look super long in this picture (it's the little things in life, after all...), so take the jump below to read and see more! :)
Speckled Knit Tee - Forever21
Silver Crescent Necklace - Forever21
Multi-color Bead Bracelet - Handmade Gift
Sun, Moon & Stars Bracelet - Ebay
Black Studded Accent Bracelet - Art Fair (hauled here!)
Skinny Tan Belt - Urban Outfitters (Sale)
Cranberry Cords - Goodwill
It's finally starting to cool down enough where I can wear pants as well as a light jacket in the morning/evening; I'm so excited!! Fall is my favorite time of year for many reasons, two of which are the cool (but not cold) weather and fall fashion. The jewel toned colors of fall just suit me better than the pastels that always come into trend in the spring!
Butterscotch Peep-Toe Kitten Heels - Thrifted
These cranberry corduroys are one of my more 'recent' thrifted items (which I hauled in a Youtube video at least a month ago; a link is posted here!) but I love them to death! This was the first time I got to wear them out and they are sooooo stretchy (read: comfortable) and soft, so sitting through a figure drawing class this morning was no problem!
It wasn't until I hit the road after class that things went downhill...
Lips - Revlon Kissable Balm Stain "Darling" (swatched & reviewed with others, here!)
I headed to the DMV (or as they call it here in Boston: the RMV) after class since I still have to transfer my license/car registration/insurance over to Massachusetts (which just kills me... they're taking away my beloved loon themed forms of identification!); I went to one that was semi-far away since the reviews for the DMV's closer to me were horrific. However, once I got there I found out that I didn't have everything I needed to get my things transferred to Massachusetts... apparently I need my uncle's signature on one measly little form since he's on the title of my vehicle until I'm done paying it off this December.
GUHHHHHHHHHHHHH so I have to mail him that form and have him send it back (and refrain from the severe urge to just forge his signature) and just keep my fingers crossed that the cops don't run my plates and find out that I'm not a registered vehicle here quite yet and give me a fine. I can't even imagine what that would cost me!!
Anyhew, that's it for today! Once I got back from the DMV I was apparently pretty pooped and accidentally took a two and a half hour nap with my cat... he was just so cuddly and warm, I couldn't help but fall asleep once he settled into my lap!
Does anyone else have any DMV horror stories?
I hate to be in the drama myself, but I love hearing about other people's drama (does that make me a sadist? As far as I'm concerned, it's just real life reality TV...)!!
